IBM Toilet Repair

Project Description

After being contacted by IBM, and working closely with representatives from the appointed consulting engineers practice and the landlord to resolve a long-standing issue with the waste pipes at their toilets in the Atria building in Edinburgh eMaintain attended over a four week period to fully strip out the toilets, create a new waste run through building to nearest riser and re-fitted the toilets to complete.

All works were completed in a busy office environment with limited disruption to both the office and the rest of the building.
Both building and office manager’s later thanked eMaintain for the manner and quality in which the works were completed.
