Great to be back in the Scottish Capital refurbishing a Georgian terraced townhouse within the exclusive Edinburgh New Town. With its category C listing and period features including ornate ceilings and woodwork, sash and case windows and elaborate staircase, 8 Manor Place provides office space bursting with potential character and sophistication. Instructed by two of the UK’s foremost Commercial Building Consultants, the AGM team is breathing life back into the fabric of this building. The project has been a sympathetic restoration of the buildings inner glory, bringing out original features and emphasising the high flowing luxurious spaces. This schedule of works included restoration of external masonry, cast iron feature balcony and traditional slate roofing with cupola. Proving again we are not just about interiors but great customer service, capable onsite management and willing to tackle anything. We are grateful againfor the instruction and continued support. We will be moving just around the corner to Wemyss House on Wemyss place to yet another equally prestigious Edinburgh office to be ready for in time for Xmas.
