AGM Building Services were appointed to replace an air conditioning system as part of a retail unit refurbishment programme. The client together with m&e consultant has specified a Toshiba system with independent zonal controls giving the occupants the ability to control the temperature independently in different areas of the store. Working to a short timescale AGM Building Services certified air conditioning installers replaced the system ensuring minimal disruption the client and allowing them to re-open the store quickly and resume trading.
