AGM were approached directly by GTC to deliver their flagship Scottish office. As part of the Multi Utility Network Company BUUK, GTC were seeking to expand North in order to service existing and new clients with their gas network infrastructure. A great working relationship was struck up with GTC and trust given to AGM. The works involved the installation of all new air conditioning system, ventilation including large heat recovery unit, fire protection and alarm system, sectored smart security system an pass maker, supporting steel was installed to adapt composite panel cladding shell to include new glazed curtain walling, glazed partition systems installed internally, signage installed throughout and a multiple screen display integrated into the boardroom. The building now comprises toilets, kitchen, breakout area, reception, comms room, printer area, open plan and cellular offices and a meeting/board room. The project had its challenges but the approach from all parties was to resolve any issues, ensuring the end result was of the highest standard.

The client was delighted with the project and the staff enjoy the mix of office space and accessible industrial space.  AGM have been retained to provide PPM services for the client as testament to the positive working relationship.
