Project Description
Rain gutters are small but critical components of a building’s roofing system and a long-term investment in the infrastructure of your premises and as such need regular and continued maintenance to ensure your guttering is performing to a necessary level.
Regardless of what type of gutter system you have, gutters and roofs need maintenance.
If you have open rain gutters or box gutters, they should be cleaned at least twice a year: once in the Spring after trees bud, dropping flowers acorns and seed pods; and in the autumn after they drop their leaves. However, this is a minimum and with weather conditions in Scotland we advise at least one further clearance throughout the year.
Neglecting this basic task can lead to far greater issues both externally and internally to your property.
